Scharfe Tomaten-Marinade

Zutaten für ca. 750 g Grillgut:

1 rote Chilischote

50 ml Balsam-Essig

2-3 EL Tomatenmark

2 TL Ahornsirup

1/2 TL Edelsüß-Paprika

50 ml Olivenöl

Zubereitung:

  1. Die Chilischote putzen, waschen und in Ringe schneiden. Essig, Tomatenmark, Ahornsirup und Paprikapulver verrühren. Öl und Chili unterrühren.
